Utilities in NES, one of the largest public electric utilities in the U.S., faced challenges with gaps in their HCM processes, resulting in increased support tickets and difficulty implementing new functionalities. They needed a robust solution to streamline their HCM operations and enhance system capabilities.
CLOUDVICE collaborated with Utilities in NES to optimize their HCM processes through Fusion Advanced Support Team (FAST) services. We managed the entire HCM Cloud suite, including Core HR, Benefits, Learning, Talent, Compensation, and Payroll modules. Key improvements included implementing retirement plans, enhancing the Learning module with compliance alerts, and integrating ACA 1095 reporting.
We streamlined user and role management, tailored HCM workflows, and developed Performance Appraisal standards. Additionally, we supported Payroll balance data loads, conducted interface analysis for data consistency, and led the integration of new functionalities for releases 23A, 23B, and 23C. Our support also covered monthly patching, quarterly upgrades, and end-of-month/year-end activities.
